Nilam Puri - Carnival was held a ceremony for the Goodwill Games in conjunction with the Kelantan Islamic Foundation in 2015, which was held on 19 August 2015. The lively carnival is accompanied by a team representing the citizens YIK Islamic Foundation, the Conference of Principals, Principals Council team A and team B. Principals Council

Among the events to be contested are football, badminton, volleyball and sepak takraw for men and netball, volleyball and darts for girls. Kelantan Islamic Foundation team was crowned Champion followed Principals Conference as runner-up. Third place was embraced by the Council and the Council of Principals and Principals A fourth place.

Prize presentation was delivered by the Director of Islamic Foundation YM Tengku Abdul Rahman Bin Mr. Yunus to the heads of teams for each event. YM Directors also ground to represent the Islamic Foundation in the event of Soccer and Badminton are also becoming a champion for the event. While the Deputy Managing Director Mr. Omar Bin Mohd Kamaruddin represent the Kelantan Islamic Foundation received a trophy as the overall champion of the Kelantan Islamic Foundation Director YM with points collected by the champion in three events and runner-up in four events.
